Rick was a real pit bull for us. Our lender was making me and my wife jump through so many hoops to get the deal closed on time. Rick jumped on them and helped drive the closing to a reasonable date. He was super friendly and kept things realistic for us but always pushed to get a better deal. If you are looking for a place in Camarillo, Rick is your guy. Very glad we had him in our corner when it came time to fight with the lender.
